I’m Mario Castrillón, CEO and co-founder of Prody. For over a decade, I’ve been building digital products as a full-stack developer for startups and growing companies across Colombia, the U.S., and the rest of the Americas. A graduate with honors from FCECEP in Cali, I combine the technical depth of a senior developer with something you can’t learn in code: the experience of founding and running my own businesses. I understand the risks founders face because I’ve lived them, and that completely changes the way I build. Prody was born from this dual identity—part developer, part entrepreneur—as a platform where knowledge turns into income. We connect individuals and entrepreneurs with vetted experts for live, one-on-one sessions. No pre-recorded courses, no expensive consulting firms: just your question answered today by someone who has actually done it. That’s what I learned over ten years of building for others and taking risks on my own ventures: the right decisions rarely come from doing more research—they come from talking to the right person. I believe everyone knows something others would pay for, and I’m building the place where that connection happens. Today, I lead Prody and its expansion into the United States.
